Good morning starshine, the earth says hello!

(seemingly) noteworthy:

I’m Ashley Oubré, I’m 23. I draw in photo (hyper?) realism.

the portraits are not photographs, they are traditional drawings… graphite and finger smudges

I began drawing in 04 (who knew?)… bla bla. Formal training? No. Although, I did take an art course after I sorta stumbled upon this whole thing, but I don’t think that counts

credits? an album cover, a mag cover, a few article mentions, and random net references. wishful thinking? typical: build a bigger portfolio, hope the Hirshhorn comes knockin’, and wait for a big boom to hit the art world. Sounds about right.

You know, I guess I made this site with weird intent… I wanted to inspire, I wanted to provoke empathy, I wanted a lot of things, bla bla, but really, I guess just want to share my art, and I hope that people appreciate that.
